independence day
My uncles on the east end of Long Island treated us to a most festive Independence Day feast: local lobster, sweet corn, wax beans, and sliced tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and basil from the back yard. Is this not the most beautiful Fourth of July table you have ever seen?
